  • 1 Block Cream Cheese
  • 1 Can Apple Pie Filling Your favorite filling will do.
  • Graham Crackers I prefer ones with Cinnamon and sugar.
  • Brown Sugar
  • White Sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
  • Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • Take a block of cream cheese and cut it in half so that the cream cheese is not as thick.

  • Take your brown sugar and white sugar and give both halves of your cream cheese a good layer of both seasonings.  Then add a little bit of cinnamon on the top side of the cream cheese.
  • Place your cream cheese onto the baking sheet and put them in the smoker and close the lid. Let cook for 1 hour.
  • While the cream cheese is smoking, take this time to crush up a couple of graham crackers. You will use the rest for scooping your cream cheese dessert.
  • After the initial one hour is up, cover your cream cheese with your favorite apple pie filling, and sprinkle a small amount of brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, and graham cracker over the top.
  • Increase your heat to about 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook for another 15 minutes. Allowing the apple pie filling to get hot and gain some smoke flavor.
  • Take your smoked apple pie cream cheese off your smoker. Let it cool down for 5 -10 minutes and then start dipping in with your graham crackers.

Notes

If you want, cut the apples in the pie filling so that they are in bite-size pieces.
